Master's Degree in social sciences, humanities, STEM or business administration, or acceptable combination of equivalent experience

Experience synthesizing findings in written reports, presentations and other informational materials

Experience researching and analyzing market data including performing market research, competitive landscape analysis and environmental scans

Experience with grant development and grant writing with a track-record of success

Extensive knowledge of and experience applying best practices, procedures and principles of project management methodology and governance.

Project management designation such as PMI or PMP certification is considered as an asset.

Comprehensive project management experience and a demonstrated ability to work with senior management and the Executive on complex projects.

5+ years product marketing or brand management experience.

Support the important Brand milestone deliverables (long range roadmap, brand experience guide, business brief, player needs analysis) and presentations.

Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams.

Experience in marketing to multiple consumer demographics, especially with football fans, is valued. Preference for working in a large football market.

Experience partnering with a product development team to make insight informed decisions that satisfy prioritized consumer motivations.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or related field, or equivalent training and professional experience.

Manages projects and initiatives effectively in a multidisciplinary and complex environment using project management principles and methods.

Collaborates with business support, strategic information, management staff, and medical leadership to assist in reviewing and interpreting statistical information.

Provides recommendations for policies and standards based on practice standards, regulatory requirements, provincial direction, solid research, and performance data.

Develops an awareness and familiarity with issues and events affecting health services.

Collects and reviews statistics of services provided to determine effectiveness, consistency, and quality of care/service provided.

Performs data analysis in support of measurement, monitoring, and planning for consistent quality standards across services.
