Retail Brokerage Experience with minimum of 2 years Investment Advisor experience or similar experience

Demonstrated experience in dealing with ambiguity and managing multiple operations and servicing activities in a fast paced environment.

Experience in managing multiple priorities and in dealing with challenging and sometimes complex situations to drive success.

Management experience with responsibility for human resources including coaching and performance management.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.

Post secondary degree in social services, Economics, Public Administration or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
