Wash Bay - Sand Blast - Laborer

Now Hiring a fulltime Detailer / Pressure Washer who will have the following duties:

• Sweep and Clean Shop
• Detail machinery and Truck Cabs
• Run Sandblast unit to prep machines for painting
• Attention to detail and willing to put effort in to do the job right
• Pressure Wash Machinery
• Assist mechanics, welders or painters when needed

Shift Hours

• Monday to Friday – 7AM to 5PM
• Overtime and Saturday shifts available

Job Location

• Headwater Equipment’s Shop Near Coalhurst – River Ridge Road off Highway #3

Wage and Benefits

• After 3 months, eligible for employee/employer split cost Health, Dental, Prescription Benefit Plan
• Hourly Wage starting at $19 to $22/hr with a review after 3 months probation period

Desired Skill and Experience

• Be able to work with minimal supervision at times
• Self-motivated and attention to detail
• Previous cleaning experience an asset
• Not afraid to get dirty at times when working with Pressure Washer
• Have own steel toed work shoes/boots – all other PPE required will be provided
• Reliable, Upbeat and Hard Working
• Provide own transportation to work and have a valid drivers licence with a clean abstract or minimal demerits

While this is an entry level position, there is the potential for advancement into a trade if work ethic and mechanical aptitude is shown. Looking for a long term employee that wants to grow with the company.
