Our client in Lacombe County, AB is looking for hardworking, motivated talents to join one of the leading companies to construct large industrial and commercial plants.
Full time:
Monday to Friday - 7:30 AM
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of the land for solar farm construction.
Use power tools and hand tools to install solar panels with precision and efficiency.
Perform general labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in general labor or construction work is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to adhere to a Monday-Friday 7:30 am start schedule.
Must have steel-toed boots, a hard hat, safety glasses, and a high visibility vest as required PPE.
