Be Principled: Humans are human. Sometimes we make mistakes, take shortcuts, and sometimes lose sight of what’s right. But, having integrity means trusting in the strength of one’s principles. When we’re in doubt, we look in the mirror and we do the hard work. When we do, inevitably, fall into that familiar human trap and %$#@ up, we always make it right.
Don’t Go It Alone: Around here, there’s no room for egotism. No flexing, no pecking-order, no gatekeeping of ideas. We care about each other, we respect each other, and we have each other's backs. As individuals, we’re talented; but as a team, through collaboration, we are capable of amazing things.
Buckle Up: Ambitiously growing a company is hard and we have been known to bite off more than we can chew. But we buckle up and enthusiastically drop into the steep part of the learning curve. We have grit, we are adaptable, and we enjoy a good challenge. We love the ride, and if it ever stops — we’re getting right back on.
Play, Learn, Repeat: We are a curious bunch. We prefer “how” instead
of “no” in the face of a challenge. Our growth and success comes from doing away with the status quo and relentlessly building our skills. What we’re doing is serious - to succeed, we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
