Warehouse Associate Jobs

Order Picker position in Red Deer
Monday-Friday, 7:30-4pm
Wage: $18
We're seeking an adaptable person to carry out a range of tasks within the warehouse, which include picking orders, performing general labor, maintaining the warehouse, and supporting in shipping and receiving.
What does this mean for you? You will have a variety of tasks to perform each day, preventing you from becoming bored. This busy warehouse is searching for an individual who is passionate about acquiring new abilities and knowledge in different warehouse areas. Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly warehouse and yard area
• Perform work without risk in a safe manner, avoiding injury to his/her self as well as fellow workers
• Remedy if within the ability any unsafe equipment or condition.
• Operate dollies and pallet jacks
• Order picking anywhere from 1 to 20 items per customer request
• Recognize and report as soon as possible, any unsafe act or condition, or any defect in any protective equipment, device, or clothing
• Support S&R department
• Make sure that the correct method of performing a task is understood and followed

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct heavy lifting up to 50 pounds
• Forklift Experience is an asset
• Previous warehousing experience
