PTW is hiring a Training Administrator to join our team in Calgary or Edmonton, AB!

Reporting to the Director, QHSE, the Training Administrator is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is responsible for managing and maintaining the safety training matrix and ensuring that all PTW employees are ready to perform work for PTW from a safety perspective. The Training Administrator will work closely with all business unit operational leaders and safety personnel.

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

• Other duties as required.
• Ensures that the Safety Learning Management System (eCompliance) is up to date and all employees have completed the necessary safety training to work on PTW client sites.
• Assigns Client Orientations to PTW employees as required via external portals.
• Update and manage the company safety training matrix.
• Researches and coordinates vendors/consultants for required health and safety training, ensuring discounted rates through the preferred vendor system and sends information to employees and/or managers/supervisors.
• In conjunction with the Human Resources group, ensure all new hires to PTW have received and completed the mandatory PTW Safety Orientation.
• Assists with developing and launching internal safety programs.

• Strong work ethic, good team player, enthusiastic and ability to excel in a flexible, fast paced environment.
• Taking initiative and having a passion for positive results.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are essential.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Must be able to balance multiple priorities.
• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or relevant work experience.
• Able to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
