Position Summary
This position will support the technical records and operational administration departments in ensuring aircraft maintenance is properly recorded and documented to the Transport Canada standard. This will be done with the support of experienced and knowledgeable team members who will mentor you and guide you in these areas. This role will focus on auditing, reviewing documentation, and supporting the Director of Maintenance.
The Technical Records Role Includes (but is not limited to):
- Closing of Task cards and work packages in preparation for billing
- Work package and task card creation
- RAAS System Management
- Transferring documentation of parts to the heavy maintenance software
- Quality Control of Technical records management, ensuring task cards are closed with proper detail
The Technical Records Clerk May Also Assist With
- Support to the Purchasing and Stores Department As Required
- Administrative Support to the Director of Maintenance
- Internal Audits and Reconcilation of Data
- Support to the Managing Director for Data Entry as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates must have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude as well as proven expertise in organization, data entry, and computer literacy. You will be trained on the job functions, so a positive working demeaner and attention to detail will drive candidate qualifications.

additional requirements:
- Must be able to work on site at the Calgary International Airport (Monday-Friday)
- Drivers License not required for this position
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
