Position: Teaching Assistant/LSA for 1:1 Support


Start Date: September


Days: Full-time, 5 days a week

You will play a crucial role in assisting students with their academic progress, building their confidence, and promoting inclusive learning environments. Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with teachers and professionals: Work closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other professionals to implement specialized learning plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Foster inclusive learning environments: Promote inclusivity and acceptance within the classroom, encouraging the participation and engagement of all students.
  • Provide personalized support: Offer dedicated 1:1 assistance to students with additional needs, ensuring they receive tailored support to meet their educational goals.
  • Promote student well-being: Create a positive and nurturing atmosphere, supporting students' emotional well-being and providing guidance on behavior management, social skills, and self-confidence building.
  • Assist with academic progress: Support students in their academic development, helping them overcome challenges and develop key skills through individualized teaching strategies.
