What will your role be?

In this project, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Have to investigate and identify risks
• Implement innovative solutions that will improve the way we do business, improve quality and reduce costs
• Manage priorities in line with objectives
• Have to communicate & work with different cultures located in various countries
• Support projects by having strong influence and facilitating adequate communication with internal & external stakeholders
• Be a leader of opportunities for continuous improvement and problem solving
• Be an agent of change to promote quality culture throughout the company
• Be responsible to synthesize simple to complex situations in order to present to different management levels
• Manage quality projects to meet specific requirements and customer satisfaction

What qualifications are we looking for? You:

• Have strong capability to synthesize and document information
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or DEC in Engineering or Aeronautics with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Are flexible and adaptable to communicate in a different time zone
• Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Are bilingual
• Have strong experience in continuous improvement and problem solving
• Hold leadership, autonomy and ability to work in a team
• Have knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google computer systems
• Have knowledge of standards and regulations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA)
• Have the ability to travel occasionally
• Have an analytical mind and an ability to efficiently solve problems
• Have a good work structure in order to be efficient in your work organization
• Have a logical and flexible mind, with a sense of initiative and attention to detail

Assets:

• PMP certification or experience in project management
