We are currently looking for a Supervisor Member Service at our Entwistle Branch!

Additional Information:

• Posting Closes: This job posting closes July 7th
• Employment Status: Full-time permanent (37.5 hours a week); entitled to full benefits
• Compensation: $50,850 - $63,563 per annum, plus incentive pay
• Days of Operation: Tuesday to Saturday

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your primary goal is to lead and coach our Member Service Representatives so that they can identify our members needs and recommend, refer, or provide products and services that enhance their financial fitness.

More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Understanding and meeting the needs of our members by providing them with advice on appropriate products and services, and/or identifying opportunities to refer members to appropriate team members or external partners
• Providing support, guidance, and training to all employees as necessary to ensure performance improvement and cohesive teamwork
• Motivating and coaching employees to find opportunities to shape members financial fitness
• Adhering to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss
• Demonstrating an expert understanding of all branch security procedures
• Being proactive in pursuing new business opportunities

Requirements

To qualify, you will need at least 4 years of retail banking experience and your high school diploma.

Although not required, the following education/certificates are valuable assets:

• Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)
