Description
- Front-line students from a specific program and provide excellent customer service by ensuring students receive efficient resolutions to their issues/ complaints in person, via phone follow-ups, emails, or online meetings.
- Coordinate and optimize the student flow on campus.
- Effectively plan and support the team in the student orientation.
- Actively participate in webinars, events, Q&As, info sessions (on campus and online) and collaborate in planning, organizing, and facilitating Student Services initiatives for students.
- Closely work with the Student Services Manager, the Student Services Officers, and all department heads, to improve customer service and enhance the student experience.
- Communicate with students regarding any changes or important notifications.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a Private Career College and with international students.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline required.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Builds trusting and productive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Acts with ethics, accountability and integrity and demonstrates sound judgment and respect for the individual in all interactions with others.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
