Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From set up clients meetings, to communicating between dealers, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Support our accounts executives
  • Answer phones and provide basic information about the company
  • Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, paperwork requests, and talking to customers


Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
