Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated travel consultant/inside sales specialist to collaborate within our Group Services team responsible for selling our portfolio of expert-led small group tours.
This full-time position will be responsible for the customer experience from initial customer contact through whole booking process. You will work with the operations team on all aspects of delivering an exceptional customer experience for our group travellers.

Worldwide Quest runs custom-designed private and small group tours in natural history, culture and the arts on all seven continents. We offer a series of small group tours led by experienced and engaging leaders designed to enrich and inform in some of the world's most fascinating regions.
We also create exceptional Private Journeys for families and friends and design customized travel programs for professional and cultural institutions. Established in 1970 (as Quest Nature Tours and Worldwide Adventures), we are Canadian owned and operated with offices in Toronto, Canada and New Delhi, India.
Worldwide Quest is working on a hybrid basis, with the team currently spending between up to three days a week in our lovely office on King Street East.
Primary Functions:
·Provide travelers with excellent customer service through all aspects of their planning and travel experience
·Coordinate with the operations department to confirm all details of the tour
·Create client documentation
·Coordinate flight arrangements with the air department as per the group’s itinerary
·Assist with group departure tours as needed
Skills required:
·3+ years of sales experience in the travel industry
·Exceptional selling and customer service skills
·Excellent oral and written communication skills
·Highly organized and detail-oriented
·Able to prioritize and multi-task
·Motivated, enthusiastic, and shows initiative
·Knowledge of world geography and destination information
·Proficiency in Word, Excel, Email and client database management
·Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
This position requires TICO certification to be obtained within three months of contract acceptance.
