Senior Product Designer Jobs

Staffing Lab represents a client that has asked us to assist in identifying a candidates for a Full time Senior Product Designer opening within their organization. They are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of innovative and engaging user experiences for their products. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including customers, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive, seamless, and delightful experiences for their users.

About You:

• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Mentor and coach other team members in UI/UX best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Including prototypes.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• First and foremost, you love creating top notch software designs.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering development.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design.

Education and/or Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience in prototyping tools like ProtoPie or Flinto
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving skills, and ability to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.
• Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
