Senior Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team, we are a niche provider of global logistics solutions. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of shipping our clients' products from point A to point B.

As a Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will:

•Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments

•Monitor and track the status of shipments and communicate with clients, carriers, and customs agents

•Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transit

•Prepare and review shipping documents, invoices, reports, and compliance records

•Manage logistics budgets and optimize costs and efficiency

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you should have:

•A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field

•At least 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or management

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

•Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software

•Knowledge of international trade regulations and best practices

•A customer-oriented and team-player attitude
