Job Summary

The Senior Implementation Consultant will be a vital member of the Professional Services team. This will be an essential role for the company’s continued expansion and the company needs a person with healthcare business awareness to help onboard new clients.

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be at the forefront of healthcare technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end customer implementation as a project manager and central point of contact for all clients, including enterprise-level.

Effectively onboard new clients and drive early success metrics.

Build multiple customer relationships across various departments and seniority levels to clarify and drive to completion the cross-functional processes that are key to the success and timeliness of each implementation.

Consult in a post-implementation capacity to measure and drive an increase in the ROI for customers.

Lead implementation workshops through a consultative process, administer training sessions, and provide high-quality support if necessary.

Collaborate on designing and deploying company initiatives, assisting with requirements gathering, and helping identify opportunities, risks, issues, and barriers.

Ensure process and operating procedures documentation is always up to date to enable other departments’ work.

Qualifications

You have at least seven years of professional experience, four years in client-facing implementation roles and one year of experience working with enterprise-level clients.

You are self-motivated and proactive.

You practice best practices to ensure customer success.

You have an excellent track record of organizational and project management skills. This role requires aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization and delivery against objectives.

You have a proven ability to focus on the big picture within a constantly changing, fast-paced environment and draw similarities/analogies across various initiatives to deliver integrated best-in-class user experience.

Nice to have:

Prior experience with product and/or service implementations in the healthcare sector.

Experience supporting the sales team to manage objections, set expectations in a solution-focused way and demonstrate how the product can be configured to deliver value for each client.

Knowledge of database concepts and ability to use data to optimize reporting, mapping, and programming.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Location/Territory

This role is 100% remote anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Applicants must be eligible and willing to travel within/to the United States and/or Canada (up to 20%).
