We seek a Senior Director of Residential Real Estate Development to fill an essential leadership role in the success and growth of our client's organization. This individual oversees all aspects of development projects from start to finish, providing strategic direction in Residential Development, Sales & Marketing and Client Experience. CAPABILITY: The Development Executive will execute all stages of the development process, from site selection, land acquisition and entitlements, emphasising construction and stabilization. The Development Executive will oversee all financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, forecasting and internal stakeholder reports.

PRIMARY DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Assist in sourcing development/production opportunities that meet or exceed demographic and financial guidelines established as base standards of approval,
2. Establish and expand relationships with real estate brokers, developers and land owners to source development/production opportunities,
3. Manage and lead third-party relationships as established in various geographic locations,
4. Manage and control production/construction process for all developments to ensure timely completion and conformity to budget,
5. Select and Mentor development staff,
6. Oversee contract personnel and all associated third-party constructors as required to construct new locations,
7. Review and approve all third-party consulting relationships as required by design, engineer, construct and open all production locations,
8. Negotiate and finalize all agreements and documents as required to formalize relationships with third-party service providers,
9. Assist acquisitions team with general business issues and review of due diligence material specific to each transaction.
