Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Provide coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution support to members across the organization;
  • Lead the development, implementation, and administration of all Human Resources functions, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, and workplace health and safety;

  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts across the organization;
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and processes, ensuring that all employees are given the opportunity to provide detailed feedback, using collected data to drive organizational change;
  • Foster and lead people strategies and initiatives that drive and support organizational goals, objectives, and business results;
  • Actively work with the leadership team to build knowledge, skills, and a pipeline of successors for key positions in the organization.

Your Qualifications

As the ideal candidate, you are a results-driven Human Resources professional who thinks in terms of Return on Investment and can demonstrate a clear correlation between your efforts and the organization's broader objectives.
