We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Human Resources Coordinator. Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR reporting and data analysis.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Support HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
- Support employee offboarding and exit processes.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and technology.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
