Senior Application Quality Analyst

TalentCompass is hiring a Sr. Application Test Analyst for a client based in Edmonton on a 1.5 year full-time temp remote role.

Purpose:

You will participate in testing needs identified within contact centre program. This includes CX-One and associated tools and ServiceNow technologies.

Contact centre is one of many programs that leverage the platform technology we are using. Along with Contact Centre the resource will be assigned to other programs throughout the term.

Responsibilities

• Ensure code written is thoroughly tested by following testing best practices including the use of unit testing, system testing, and performance testing.
• Assist in managing and maintaining contact centre test environments required to maintain the application.
• Conduct testing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in analysis of ministry requirements and assist in bringing consistent testing strategy
• Assist in the continuous improvement of the contact centre platform.
• Conduct testing for the program outside contact centre.
• Participate in the design, development, construction, testing, delivery, implementation and maintenance of contact centre applications for the ministry as required.
• Assist in troubleshooting application issues in any environment.
• Provide tracking and reporting of time and status on all work as required.

Qualifications

• Experience testing in both web and mobile environments is an asset
• Must have ServiceNow Administration certification
• Must have 6 years of experience assisting in reviewing, evaluating and providing test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design specifications.
• Must have 6 years of experience and understanding of Software QA, Testing and Defect Lifecycle
• Must have 6 years of experience with user acceptance testing including creation of user acceptance plan, status reporting, and managing assigned tasks.
• Must have 6 years of experience as an administrator
