Sales Manager Jobs

Our client is hiring a driven and organized Sales Manager with strong people management skills to join their Milton team! Our client is a progressive, innovative and growing coffee distributor with showroom, warehouse and maintenance shop, providing the finest coffee equipment, espresso machines, and accessories, with a strong focus on quality, resulting in many raving fans! This role will be managing the inside sales / customer service team.

Salary

$65,000 - $70,000 per year

Hours Of Work

9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Ensuring diplomacy and a sense of urgency regarding any customer service-related concerns.
• Ensure that both the retail sales floor and customer service desks are operating effectively in order to provide top service to each customer.
• Development and ongoing tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department as a whole, along with individual staff members.
• Maintain up-to-date information on new equipment and tools for use by team.
• Leadership of the sales department including training, coordination and accountability of a growing team of 6 inside sales / customer service representatives.
• Evaluating the quality of service provided to customers and develop procedures to minimize customer complaints.
• Support customer service levels, through multiple channels including, in person, telephone, web-chat and email.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager or related experience is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Coffee-related experience and background is a strong asset.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience in an environment with multiple communication streams is an asset.
• Proven ability to influence change and effectively lead a department.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
