We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager for the first Helly Hansen store in Ontario, located at the Toronto Premium Outlets!
As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the store’s successful launch and continued growth.
Responsibilities:
1.Support Store Manager: Collaborate with the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, implementing business strategies, and achieving sales targets.
2.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the Helly Hansen brand values.
3.Training and Development: Assist in training new staff members on product knowledge, company policies, and best practices for sales and customer engagement.
4.Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives a personalized shopping experience, and handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
5.Visual Merchandising: Maintain store displays and visual merchandising standards to showcase Helly Hansen products in an appealing and organized manner.
6.Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and accurate record-keeping.
7.Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance metrics and work with the team to implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
8.Store Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
9.Promotional Activities: Coordinate and support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive footfall and brand awareness.
10.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency for review by the Store Manager.
Requirements:
1.Retail Experience: Prior experience in retail management or a related field is preferred, demonstrating strong leadership and customer service skills.
2.Passion for Outdoor Apparel: Knowledge or passion for outdoor clothing and gear is desirable, allowing you to effectively engage customers and share the brand’s story.
3.Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and support a positive work environment.
4.Problem-Solving Skills: Display resourcefulness and quick thinking in resolving challenges and addressing customer concerns.
5.Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure smooth store operations.
6.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the store’s schedule.
