Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our client base by developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage all communication and interactions with them.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, strategical online research, community and referrals.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Provide regular reports, updates and data tracking on sales activity and progress toward targets.
  • Develop and implement account plans to grow business and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts and fees with clients, ensuring they are in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives and provide tailored innovative staffing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and other events to represent the company and promote our services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and promote our services.
Requirements:
  • Previous CRM experience - preferably with Hubspot CRM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel and attend events outside of regular business hours.
  • Confident and outgoing with the ability to network and connect with people.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Of which must be in a recruitment agency environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passionate about the recruitment industry and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
