Sales And Marketing Assistant

Under the authority of the Sales Director, the sales & marketing assistant is responsible for performing administrative execution tasks. Overall, he, she will be in charge of customer service and will also do the inside sales work. He/she will act as a bridge between the different departments to bring client projects to success.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Assistance in the preparation of sales presentations in PowerPoint format;
• Likes teamwork, interpersonal skills;
• Follow the procedure for receiving a new order as a collaborator;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Mainly PowerPoint and Excel);
• Update sales reports and make sure to balance the end of the month;
• Organization of transport logistics (notice to customers, drafting of shipping slips, etc.);
• Main player in the execution of market research (analysis, compilation and communication to the management team etc.);
• Ensure that important customer information is communicated to the various departments (Production, technical, purchasing, sales, etc.);
• Thoroughness and attention to detail;
• Maintain client files, monitor and classify them (schedules, bids, contracts, orders, etc.);
• Coordinate various customer/sales meetings (convene participants, prepare agendas, write minutes, ensure follow-up);
• Reception and approval of a new order (commercial conditions, price, drawing revision, to be validated with the sales manager)
• Any other related tasks assigned by his immediate superior;
• Diplomacy.

• Track departmental performance indicators (customer satisfaction, on-time deliveries, etc.)
• Billing after delivery
• Support the sales team (administrative support, agenda management, various reservations, expense account tracking, etc.);
• Order entry in the ERP system;
