A Quality Assurance (QA) Associate is responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance procedures and systems within an organization. The role involves working closely with other members of the QA team to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Key responsibilities of a QA Associate include:
- Documenting quality issues and working with the QA team to investigate and resolve them.
- Providing training and support to staff on quality assurance procedures and requirements.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of quality assurance activities.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations on quality assurance activities.
- Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participating in the development of new products and services, ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the process.
- Conducting routine inspections and audits of products and services to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of quality assurance activities.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and processes.
To be successful in this role, a QA Associate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
MUST HAVE :Health Canada Security Clearance
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing, healthcare or other industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Overall, the QA Associate plays an important role in ensuring that an organization delivers high-quality products and services to its customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Weekends as needed
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, ON N6M 1A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
