Job Description
Proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following:
• University graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline and 6-yr IT/QA experience;
OR
• 2-yr diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline and 8-yr IT/QA experience;
OR
• 1-yr certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline and 9-yr IT/QA experience;
OR
• 10-yr IT/QA experience

M3 - Experience preparing or supporting the preparation of test plans and test cases.

M4 - Experience writing test cases from use cases, non-functional requirements and design documents.

M5 - Experience and understanding of Software QA, Testing and Defect Lifecycle.

M6 - Experience with user acceptance testing including creation of user acceptance plan, status reporting, and managing assigned tasks.

M7 - Experience assisting in reviewing, evaluating and providing test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design specifications.

M8 - ServiceNow Administration certification and experience as an administrator.

M9 - Proposed resource must work from within Alberta, Canada, due to network and data security issues.
Standard Hours of work are 08:15 - 16:30 Alberta time
GoA does not pay for travel to attend on-site meetings
D1 - Experience with smoke testing, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing.

D2 - Experience in identifying testing issues and implementing improved processes and resolutions.

D3 - Experience testing in both web and mobile environments.

D4 - Experience with Contact centre scenario planning

D5 - Working knowledge of the ServiceNow Agile Test Management module

D6 - Experience working with Business & Application Maintenance representatives to analyze issues reported by (or in) production.

D7 - Experience with Agile methodology.

D8 - Experience implementing automated testing methods

D9 - Do you have related Canadian education (e.g. certificate, diploma or degree) or your foreign credentials certified by Immigration Canada, IQAS or any accreditation acceptable to the Government of Canada or Alberta?
