Purchasing And Inventory Cooridinator

The Coverall Shop is looking for a talented and experienced team member to join our crew!We are one of Western Canada's premier retailers and distributors of flame resistant apparel, uniforms, safety products & PPE, supplying oil and gas and various other industry sectors.We are looking for someone with experience in purchasing and inventory control to join our team!

The successful candidate(s) for this particular role will be responsible for:

• Communicating regularly with sales and management teams regarding price changes, order status, product delays, backorders, etc
• Generating and issuing timely and accurate purchase orders for inventory and special orders
• Monitor vendor pricing for cost changes and update cost/price records accordingly
• Developing relationships with all vendor partners
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained for optimal day to day operations
• Other miscellaneous responsibilities to support our mission
• Producing and assessing various inventory related reports
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to optimize purchasing strategies

Candidates who will be considered for our team will:

• Bring some previous purchasing and/or inventory experience
