Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build vendor relationship
  • Managing RFQ processes, including negotiation and evaluation of supplier quotes
  • Communicate/expedite with supplier for PO delivery commitment
  • Be able to convert PR to PO for direct material purchase
  • Reduce costs for components being bought as a core KPI
  • Work on weekly material readiness report
  • Manage regulating (JIT) stock
  • Push out, pull in or cancel POs as per business needs
  • Sourcing and evaluation of new vendor
  • (Jointly with SQE) Ensure quality of parts delivered
  • Conduct business review with vendors
  • Analyse and set purchase strategy for assigned commodity


Job Requirements:

  • Able to commit to over-time if necessary based on 5-day work week
  • Fresh graduates with the right learning attitude and positive minder are welcome to apply.
  • Singaporeans or PRs only
  • Good communication skills, to liaise with multilingual associates, proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Min Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics Management/Engineering or equivalent preferably.
  • Experience in SAP
