Pulling Coordinator Jobs

The following responsibilities and duties are -

·Constant monitor and review production overview for new GS/project – Paint BOM and update daily task list

· Double-check all Custom Work Orders (WOs), report to the head of the department if any mistakes/errors

·Pull components as per the BOM list

·Coordinate with Inbound for incoming POs

·Taking care of incoming POs, prepare a complete reservation list – by checking WO by WOs

·Physically receive PO from inbound and distribute to the associate WO/Bins.

·Update NS notes after pulling PO- parts, update or request for new PO if parts standard does not pass the QC.

·Help builders to find the pulled/reserved components and also exchange parts if damage/tarnish during production.

·Update all notes in the BOM

·Make sure all components are in the right Bin and right location. Any quality or misplace issues report to the Inventory personnel.

·Organize the pulling shelves and regularly cross-check to ensure no extra or expired/shipped GS# (built or canceled projects) components/glasses are not on the shelves.

·Help to prepare in-house rework.

·Keep a neat and clean pulling area and follow health and safety rules.

·Carry out any other duties assigned by the manager/head of the department.
