Your Impact:


Elevate your proposal career at Crozier! We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator who has a keen interest in joining an engineering consulting environment.


In this role you will apply the proposal development process and provide expertise to complete a proposal document that is properly branded and addresses the unique requirements of the client.

How you will contribute to the team:


  • Monitor bidding sites, such as Merx/Biddingo.
  • Format proposal for final submission.
  • Conduct analysis of the proposal request to understand client requirements.
  • Provide illustrative elements (if/when required) to support story telling.
  • Maintain ownership of master document throughout proposal development process
  • Understand strategy and content requirements.
  • Engage subject matter experts to coordinate and collect content relative to proposal requirements.
  • Track opportunities for proposal content development.
  • Prepare project management schedule and communication plan to meet critical milestones (manage kick-off and check-in meetings and prepare/update responsibility matrices as required).
  • Monitor general proposal email.
  • Provide backup support for Ajera updates (proposal set ups, project set ups as per Proposal Administrator).
  • Provide support in the development of new proposal tools, such as templates, technology, and process implementation.
  • Edit and review proposal for single voice submission.
  • Search and provide additional content to substantiate story.
  • Using a template, create a story framework that addresses the client needs.
  • Liaise with marketing to ensure all proposal documentation aligns with corporate branding.
  • Identify and track new content for content library, as well as provide support to manage content library.
  • Provide support to maintain proposal and project files (as per Proposal Administrator).


What you bring:


  • Understanding of proposal development process and sales.
  • Experience working in the engineering industry is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Post-secondary education in business/communications or combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proposal experience.
  • Analytical, logical thinker (for proposal/opportunity assessments).
  • Working knowledge of InDesign.
