Job Responsibilities

•A Minimum 5 years’ experience working in project scheduling, preferably in an Engineering or Marine environment

•Exceptional organizational skills

•Ability to work as part of a team or individually

•Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills with the ability to collate and present information at appropriate levels

•Proactive with the ability to react quickly when necessary to meet challenging objectives

•A working knowledge with progressing/work package database etc. (Project Estimating and Planning System (PEPS) is desirable)

•Proficient user of Primavera and/or Microsoft Project

•Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, including strong Excel skills

•Submarine refit / Surface Ship refit experience or large-scale construction experience would be an asset

•You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance

•Proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, meaning that you must have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine approved by the Government of Canada with the final dose at least 14 days prior to your start date
