Team

In this newly created role and team, you will be reporting to the Vice President, Technology and building out Ziing’s tech stack. You will be utilizing bleeding edge technology and building products that are driven by generative Artificial Intelligence (AI).

As the Project Manager, Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will lead and manage the delivery of technology products. You will be responsible for managing projects in an agile development environment, ensuring that all project goals are met within the constraints of time, budget, and scope. You will have experience managing projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and quality assurance analysts to ensure project requirements are met
• Ensure all project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes are up-to-date and readily available to stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of deliverables
• Continuously assess project progress and adapt project plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports
• Mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology products using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

What we’re looking for

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, specifically in delivering technology products
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product development principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
