A Day In The Life Of
As a member of our team, you will report to the Vice President of Business Solutions. You will manage the implementation of the Chesterfield Co/Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Project for Camp Baker and Facilities Consulting. Your people skills will come in handy and will help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Responsible for overall communication and coordination with the project team and stakeholders
• Provides consulting support for the development of a high performing Facilities Management department
• Adheres to all agency policies including those governing safety, discrimination and/or harassment and the agency's Human Rights plan
• Adheres to all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy standards
• Responsible for timely and successful implementation a project that is compliant with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD's) regulations concerning Community Development Block Grants (CDBG)
• Provides weekly updates to the team and all necessary reporting to keep the project compliant
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements And Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Computer literate and ability work efficiently in the Microsoft suite of products as well as various other applications.
• Demonstrated experience in Capital Project Management, as well as Facilities Management
• 15 years of overall facilities maintenance experience, including managing multiple facilities simultaneously
• Bachelor's Degree required
