Job Description

Key responsibilities:

As part of our client team responsible for Development and Integration of Air Systems (Pneumatic, Anti-Icing and Air Conditioning), Project Management Officer's role is to

  • Be extremely organized, hardworking, resourceful, extroverted and who understands the logical sequence of requirements in terms of engineering output.
  • Participate in management meetings
  • Coordinate with Suppliers, Engineering teams within the client team and external partners
  • Follow every Product Change Requests (PCR)
  • Monitoring and reporting status of deliverables
  • Preparation of dashboards

Required Skills

As our ideal candidate:

You have a University Degree/equivalent with 3+ years of aerospace experience,

  • You are able to communicate well with both working and management level employee.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You have excellent skills in stakeholder-management and interpersonal communication.
  • You have experience in managing engineering projects in an aerospace production/assembly environment interacting with design office
  • You are able to prioritize under time pressure and operate in a complex environment
  • Experience in Engineering Change-Management and Air Systems is a added advantage

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS :

En tant que membre de notre équipe de clients responsable du développement et de l’intégration des systèmes d’air (pneumatique, antigivrage et climatisation), le rôle de l’agent de gestion de projet est le suivante :


- Suivez chaque demande de changement de produit (PCR)

- Surveillance et établissement de rapports sur l’état des produits livrables

- Préparation des tableaux de bord

- Participer aux réunions de gestion

- Coordonner avec les fournisseurs, les équipes d’ingénierie au sein de l’équipe cliente et les partenaires externes

- Être extrêmement organisé, travailleur, débrouillard, extraverti et qui comprend la séquence logique des exigences en termes de sortie d’ingénierie.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES


EN TANT QUE NOTRE CANDIDAT IDÉAL:

Vous avez un diplôme universitaire / équivalent avec plus de 3 ans d’expérience en aérospatiale,

- Vous avez de l’expérience dans la gestion de projets d’ingénierie dans un environnement de production / assemblage aérospatial interagissant avec le bureau d’études

- L’expérience dans la gestion du changement d’ingénierie et les systèmes aériens est un avantage supplémentaire

- Vous êtes en mesure de bien communiquer avec les employés de niveau professionnel et de gestion.

- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en gestion des parties prenantes et en communication interpersonnelle.

- Vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais.

- Vous êtes en mesure de prioriser sous la pression du temps et d’opérer dans un environnement complexe
