We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team of driven professionals. This role works closely alongside Senior Management in a fast-paced environment and incorporates various construction, warranty, client care and rental management tasks. The ideal candidate will be given the opportunity to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

-Diverse short-term and long-term projects involving research, analysis, organization, and reporting

-Coordinate permits, contract reconciliation, quotations and bids, and scheduling

-Verify records are accurate and complete

- Cross reference construction drawings

- Follow up with contractors regarding disputes and discrepancies


-Communicate with internal and external teams


-Inventory reconciliation

- Liaise and coordinate with municipalities, consultants, contractors, and members of the public


-Perform data entry and client management software related tasks


-Perform administrative and clerical tasks as directed by the Employer


-Manage self and/or others to complete tasks and projects

-

Qualifications

-Post-secondary diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or similar an asset

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

-Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills

-Ability to work well in a team environment and individually

-Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

-Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

-Passionate and self-motivated

-Ability to excel in a challenging environment

-Real Estate or Construction industry experience is an asset

-Customer service experience is an asset
