About The Position

Currently, we are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our Major Projects team, working on a project in North Vancouver, BC.

The Project Coordinator assists Project Managers with billing, job binders, setup of job in paper flow system, permits, manuals, tender forms & any other duties to help with project efficiency and job organization. This role will require you to work in office and on-site.

Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities

• Initiate, finalize, and extend project permits
• Data entry, minute taking, report creation and distribution
• Help with tenders, such as counts and submittal, including hand delivered tenders
• Prepare project site and office binders/files and QA/QC files as required
• Issue purchase orders, track shipments and manage supplier deliveries
• Make sure the site has all the latest specs, drawings, shop drawings, change orders, schedules.
• Prepare O&M manuals and panel schedules
• Manage documentation for work orders

Experience And Skills

• Ability to read construction drawings
• Must be team player with good interpersonal and English communication skills
• Experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in MS Office required, AutoCAD, Accubid, Procore, Revit, considered asset
• Electrical engineering degree, diploma, relevant education or Electrician TQ considered an asset
• Highly organized and high attention to detail
• Work experience in the construction and/or electrical industry is an asset
