Programme Manager
Full-time | Permanent (£40k - £50k DOE)

At Geeks we’re changing the world with our clients' impactful projects, so we’re looking for driven individuals who are passionate about delivering digital transformation and innovation projects.
A Programme Manager at Geeks is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a number of innovative and fast-paced internal and client-facing projects as well as Support services.
You’ll have previous experience working on a number of concurrent and complex projects including digital transformation, implementation and roll-out planning.
We need someone who can work independently to navigate complex issues and risks, who can come to resolutions, and who enjoys sharing their expertise and experience with more junior members of the team.
You will be passionate about ensuring that we’re delivering excellence to our clients for increased retention/repeat business and referral opportunities. This is a very exciting role that requires strong interpersonal, documentation and communication skills.
Your purpose will be to champion a culture of delivery excellence throughout the company with a passion for client satisfaction and continual improvement.
Responsibilities
This is a dynamic role with a diverse set of responsibilities, including the following:
Overall P&L of client account
Ensuring Client Satisfication NPS rating
Delivery of the overall programme of works
Leadership, Management and Accountability of their Project delivery teams (team performance/appraisals / interviews/assessment)
Ensuring Roadmap is in place
Aligning project plans with the client roadmap
Ensuring quarterly tech strategy meetings happening
Monitoring on-track for delivery
Resource management level 2 (efficiency/optimising)
Project Auditing

Required experience/qualifications

5+ years of experience This is not a junior position. You should demonstrate 5+ years of experience in this field or other roles where you could have developed the required skills.
