Our Banking client in Toronto, Ontario is looking to hire a Business Analyst – Senior for a 6-months contract role with possibility for extension.

What You Will Do…

• The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications. We are looking for someone to plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications that align to standards and frameworks. You will provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with ambitious business and technology partners, project teams and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications.
• Drafting the initial BRD based on product requirements and managing updates based on technology & business feedback.
• Coordinating reviews and approvals from key stakeholders.
• The person should be experienced with drafting requirements, working with technology partners, and be familiar with our deposits products and systems. I’d like to have this resource available during the seed discovery phase in case additional requirement updates are needed during the process. I’ve attached the BRD we used for the first phase of SFMC for context, as well as a Deposits deck that outlines some of their key requirements and use cases.

Must Have

What you will need to succeed…

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
• 2 years + experience on an Agile project
• 5+ years of experience as a BA/BSA

Nice-To-Have Skills

• Marketing Technology (martec) *Strong nice to have.
• FI experience.
• Salesforce, Adobe & UNICA
• Data experience *Strong nice to have.
• 3+ years as a Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
