The Professional Associate will take on all needed activities to support client accounts by overseeing an on-site team who provides office services (managed print services, courier, switchboard, reception, etc.)
This is an hourly, onsite position with Xerox, located in the Four Seasons hotel. Start your career with Xerox today!
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supports training of new employees, as required
  • Provides operational support for print, mail, courier, and imaging equipment and operations
  • Communicates to the Site Lead and Manager all process opportunities identified during the support period
  • Provides outstanding customer communications and client service
  • Ability to work in a team environment or single-person environment with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to adapt to various client environments in an organized and professional manner
  • Provides support to all Client Associate positions to facilitate client deliverables
  • Travels to supported accounts using reliable dependable transportation
  • Ability and willingness to learn and develop
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Establishes support coverage schedules with Operations Managers and Site Leads
  • Supports administrative tasks, as required
  • Provides backup and peak workload support
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Adobe and other relevant software a plus!
  • Ability to be on your feet for up to 80% of your day
  • Intermediate use of MS Office
  • Ability to multitask
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Digital Print Shop and Customer Service environment
  • Ability and willingness to learn and develop
