How will you contribute to the team?
To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Lead whole architectural design group.
• Complete front-end, preliminary and detailed design of mining process and non-process building and facility.
• Produce engineering documents such as, design reports, cost estimates and construction specifications, building list, Bid documents, Bid evaluations, engineering directives, and other data, according to client specifications.
• Establish and monitor cost and schedule for project deliverables.
• Conducting field investigations.
• Writing report, technical memo.
• Lead project architectural design team and ensure that project design solutions are delivered in accordance with the relevant codes and regulations and to the highest industry standards on schedule and within budget.
• Interface with project teams to develop and implement multi-disciplinary project strategies.
• Perform quality check for all design work to ensure to meet SNC QA/QC requirements.

What will you contribute?

• Extensive knowledge/experience in industrial process building, camp, warehouse, maintenance shop, mining office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to maintain confidential information critical.
• Must have experience in 2D and 3D designs.
• College certification or BS (preferred but not required) in architecture from a recognized institution
• Thorough knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted office procedures.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit.
• Minimum of 15 years including 10 years of industrial building and facility architectural design experience.
• Project management and group lead experience.
