Job Description

Looking for Intermediate Architectural Technologist.

Person is eager to learn, grow and takes initiative. Someone who can think on their own and provide solutions. Candidates should be confident, has the ability to work independently, takes initiative and has a strong attention to detail.


Experience

  • Zoning and OBC knowledge
  • Understands how things are built
  • 4 years experience (minimum)
  • Knowledge and experience of Permit process in Toronto and GTA.



Responsibilities

  • Drafting in Revit and AutoCad
  • Potential to be client facing and manage projects
  • Preparing Permit and construction drawings.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture


Skills

  • Ability to design architectural details.
  • Adobe Suite (PS, ID, AI)
  • AutoCad
  • Has strong technical ability
  • Has clean and graphically pleasing graphic style.
  • Proficient in Revit
  • Sketchup
