Job Description
IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitment & Search Firm specializing in identifying, & sourcing top performers for our clientele. Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function.


Position: Production Supervisor (Night Shift)


Location: Markham, ON


Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year (including base salary + shift premium) + OT


Status: Permanent Full-Time


Industry: Manufacturing / Automotive


Shift: Midnight shift


Responsibilities


  • Ensure compliance to Health & Safety and the company Guidelines
  • Train the production personnel in lean programs and problem-solving procedures.
  • Providing training and support to the employees
  • Achieving the targets set for the team.
  • Delivering product quality, inspecting equipment breakdowns etc. to improve productivity.


Qualifications


  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook needed.
  • Experience in automation systems would be an asset.
  • Minimum of three years related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related field
  • Ability to work a straight MIDNIGHT shift
