Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and visionary Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our technology products to successful deployment and follow up with customers as related to the deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, tackle complex challenges, and shape the future of clean energy through technological innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internally for product build, testing, and ensuring needed stock in place.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to make sure delivery of units is aligned with demand.
- Implement the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and market demand.
- Collaborate closely with management and the engineering team to transform ideas into tangible product designs and specifications.
- Oversee customer deployments and gather feedback to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Passion for sustainability, clean energy, and making a positive impact in the world.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced tech startup or similar environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, embracing ambiguity, and a willingness to take calculated risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Certified PMP is a plus.
- Technical proficiency and ability to understand complex engineering concepts related to clean-tech hardware.
- 3+ years experience in the clean-tech, hardware, or renewable energy sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and system is a plus.
