Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our hair extension company. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our hair extension product line. Your primary focus will be on developing and launching innovative hair extensions that meet the needs of our target market and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Planning:

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's goals.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, to gather insights and define product requirements.
• Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness.
• The product manager will be responsible for the GTM (Go-to-Market) and training activities.
• Identify target customer segments and develop tailored product strategies to meet their specific needs.

Product Development and Management:

• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to develop high-quality and innovative hair extensions.
• Conduct thorough product testing and quality control to ensure product excellence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation, including specifications, instructions, and marketing collateral.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to launch.
• Monitor and analyse product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive product improvements and iterations.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

• Support the sales team in identifying key market opportunities and creating compelling sales materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on the development of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Marketing and Sales Collaboration:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics related to hair extensions.
• Continuously gather customer feedback and insights to understand their preferences and evolving needs.
• Provide product knowledge training and support to the sales team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Utilize market data to inform product decisions, marketing strategies, and sales approaches.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps, market opportunities, and areas for differentiation.

Qualification

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyse data to make informed product decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of the hair extension market, including trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the hair extension industry or a related field.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for product development and a track record of delivering successful products.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
