Title: Privacy analyst

Location: (100% Remote Role)

Duration: 06 Months

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate via emails and calls directly with suppliers as needed to update OneTrust records
• Be responsible for administrative activities relating to OneTrust data privacy software
• Perform related duties as assigned including other administrative duties and ad hoc projects as needed
• Be responsible for the maintenance on multiple supplier accounts in OneTrust, in partnership with multiple internal team members, as well as external stakeholders when necessary and as directed by the PCM team
• Create, review, verify, analyze and update supplier records in OneTrust with a sustained high degree of accuracy and volume productivity
• Assist with responses to certain support requests and troubleshooting efforts as required

Skills:

• Project or program management experience is a plus
• Self-motivated and positive attitude
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Teams, Office365, OneTrust a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as organizational and time management, presentation, and independent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Experience with data review, analysis, reporting
• Undergraduate degree preferred or at least 2 to 3 years relevant experience
