Job Description
Are you looking to take the next step in your career? As a GardaWorld After-Hours Portfolio Scheduler in Toronto, you will oversee a defined portfolio of customers and accounts and ensure that quality service and overall accuracy is being provided to customers, both internally and externally. You will also be responsible for the overall control and reduction of overtime, non-billable costs, and open hours.


Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, you will work collaboratively with Account Managers, Portfolio Directors, and Recruiting to create and maintain the site schedule.

What does a Portfolio Scheduler at GardaWorld do?


  • Maintain an assigned portfolio of customers/accounts
  • Sets up all new coverage orders in WinTeam and Gsked
  • Set up of customers in WinTeam and Gsked
  • Control the overall reduction of OT, training, and other non-billable costs
  • Confirm and approve billing and payroll for assigned portfolio
  • Administer coverage change orders and cancellations
  • Investigate and resolve reported pay discrepancies
  • Maintain staffing requirements and extra coverage
  • Fills all open shifts with the proper classification of guard


Qualifications To Become a Portfolio Scheduler In Toronto


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Available to work on weekends
  • 1 to 2 years previous Scheduling experience is preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience, specifically Excel
  • Strong customer service experience
