Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Administrator to efficiently manage payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, payroll expertise, and exceptional attention to detail.


Responsibilities


  • Data Management: Maintain confidential employee data, update HRIS, conduct audits, and generate reports.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs, educate employees, process enrollments and changes, and liaise with providers.
  • Process Improvement and Collaboration: Identify opportunities for streamlining processes, collaborate with teams, and contribute to policy development.
  • Payroll Management: Process payroll accurately and on time, maintain employee records, calculate adjustments, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Stay updated on payroll and benefits regulations, ensure compliance, and prepare accurate reports.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven payroll and benefits administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, taxes, and benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll and HRIS software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
