Part-Time Benefits Administrator Jobs

Our client, a thriving benefits organization is currently looking for a Benefits Administrator to assist their team on a part-time (20-30 hours per week), 6-month contract. This role has the possibility of an extension/permanency.

As the Benefits Coordinator, you will assist by coordinating administrative tasks for the team. The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service skills dealing primarily with internal staff members. As well as thrive in a repetitive deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all the administrative aspects of the benefits team
• Other administrative and data entry tasks as required
• Analyzing and tracking trends in disability cases and proving a report to the disability team
• Reviewing and organizing incoming cases and assigning them to the appropriate disability manager
• Liaising with multiple staff members daily
• Coordinating and preparing application packages and other related documents for members

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Intermediate user of MS Office suite.
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a health, insurance, or disability management environment.
• 2 years of recent experience within an administrative / coordinator setting.
