Part Time Possible To Full Time Office Reception/Administration Person

As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for new and existing clients when they call in for services. You will be responsible to explain our services and gather their information. You will also be responsible to assist other callers and forward to the appropriate party. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
Administratively you will be responsible for day to day data entry, filing, entering quotes, maintaining office supplies, and project-based work to contribute to the day-to-day operations of Ground Guys.
You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

• Construction type background an asset
• Team player who can work independently
• Own transportation, Full G Licence and clean driving abstract

Specific Job Requirements:

• Booking Appointments for our fleet vehicles
• Answering phones
• Follow-up calls to clients
• Assist with Estimates
• Office experience with Microsoft Excel manditory

Position will start as part-time with the opportunity for full-time.
2 - 3 days per week in our off-peak season (June, July, August, Sept, Nov, Dec, Jan)
4 - 5 days per week in our peak season (Feb, Mar, April, May, Oct)
